This classic Regency bonnet is my best seller! A wide brimmed braided straw bonnet, it lends itself to many decorating styles. The wide silhouette is perfect for late Regency styles. This bonnet, trimmed in the "Bo-Peep" style, was featured in the February, 2020, edition of Harper's Bazaar, worn by Anya Taylor-Joy.
This bonnet does have two grommets in each side of the crown by the brim. Use them to thread your ribbon through or cover them when you trim the bonnet. It is made of wide, braided, natural straw, sewn with sturdy, clear thread. A hidden wire in the brim edge helps to keep the shape.
